Background Information:

This pony is Sweetie Belle’s head, mounted on Glimmer Wings Rarity’s body. Rarity’s body has pink markings all over it, indicating this part is probably a rejected part. This pony further supports the theory that some of the variants found on Taobao could be created simply from leftover parts outside the factories.

An interesting thing about this pony is that the head is able to rotate freely like other ponys’ heads that match properly.
